Hello, My name is Linda Dupree. I live in Raleigh, NC where I was born. I have four
beautiful children and a wonderful husband. The rest of my family consist of our great
fur-kids. Mostly Chihuahuas & Pomeranians... No actual grandchildren yet...
Our youngest daughter, Madison is 22 years old now.... She was diagnosed with terminal
cancer when she was only 3.5 years old. We are so very blessed to have her still with us. We
were able to depend on the Doctors, but God was always in control. She is truly our miracle
child and the light of the world to so many people.
When Madison started getting well, she let us know that she wanted to raise Chihuahuas.
We started doing some research and decided to purchase our first baby girl from our dear
friend, Annette Sellew. We named her Zoe Girl. After that we were definitely hooked...
Then came Kissy, Bay Bee, Roza Lee and Tazz...etc
We soon discovered that Chis & Poms loved to be around each other and decided to add a
few Poms to the family.
Taking care of our precious fur-kids is a family affair and great therapy for us. The whole
family is involved with daily activities...We work together as a team.
Retirees hang out in the climate controlled "Puppy House" and watch their favorite cable
shows all day. At night, classical music plays for a restful sleep...
All our babies are raised in our sun room and are handled carefully each day. We allow our
moms to wean their pups at their own pace. This helps to ensure better immune systems and
overall better health of the pups . When the babies are about 4 weeks old, Madison starts
daily play sessions with them. This helps with their social skills and ensures an easier
transition to their new homes. All puppies will leave UTD on vaccines and dew claws are
done. A trip to the vet before leaving our home is important also. During this exam, heart,
lungs, teeth, knees and an overall assessment is performed.
Our puppies will be sold mostly as pets with a neuter/spay agreement. It is extremely
important where our babies will spend the rest of their lifes. We never sell our puppies to
pet stores, "puppy millers", or brokers.
A personal lasting relationship with our new puppy clients is encouraged. We are always so
excited to get puppy updates and of course pictures.
Sometimes we have show or breeding quality pups that are placed in approved homes with
breeding rights.
However, most are placed in loving homes as special family members...
Please feel free to contact us to talk about one or two of our favorite subjects!!
Thanks for your interest in our dogs,
Linda & Madison
